  • What certification will I receive?

    You will receive a certification card based on the type of course you completed and the certifying agency, i.e. American Heart Association, American Red Cross, HSI

  • How much is workplace trainings?

  • When will I receive my card?

    All digital certification cards are issued within 24 hours.

  • I need training for work/school? Do you have open enrollment classes?

    Yes, we offer public classes through open enrollment based on demand.

    Additionally, we provide last-minute, expedited trainings for healthcare providers, with the option to complete the training as early as the same day, depending on instructor availability.

  • What are Expedited Classes? How much is this option?

    Expedited trainings are classes that you can schedule and complete lat minute and receive your certification in just a few hours. These courses can be scheduled on short notice and are offered in two formats:

    in-person classroom settings

    or

    blended learning, where part of the course is completed online, followed by an in-person session with an instructor for skills.

    The price for expedited training is:

    $100 for skills-only and

    $175 for a full in-person class.

  • What do I need for onsite trainings?

    For onsite training, all you need is a room with enough tables, chairs, and space for everyone to move comfortably. If you have a TV and WIFI, great! If not, no worries—we’ll bring our own audio/visual gear. Our instructors will come fully prepared with all the equipment and materials needed for the class. Just provide the space, and we’ll take care of the rest!
